Account deletion

Xportpark users can request account deletion from inside the Xportpark app. This page describes the in-app flow and a fallback for users who cannot access the app. It is referenced in the Xportpark privacy disclosures filed with the Apple App Store and the Google Play Data Safety form.

Request deletion from inside the Xportpark app

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Go to Legal & support.
  3. Choose Account deletion.
  4. Review the deletion information.
  5. Confirm the checkbox, type DELETE to confirm, and submit the deletion request.
Fallback · if you cannot access the app

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by contacting Xportpark Support from the email address linked to your account. Use the subject line Account deletion request so we can route the request quickly.

Security and retention

How we verify and what may be retained

For security, Xportpark may verify account ownership before processing a deletion request. Some records may be retained where legally or operationally required, including records needed for security, fraud prevention, compliance, tax, audit, dispute resolution, OpenAccount, verification, referral, or Xport Credits program review. Retention follows the periods required by applicable law and by the Xportpark Privacy Policy.

After you submit a deletion request

What happens next

Access to protected workspaces may end, and Xportpark will review the request before final removal where required. You will receive an email confirmation when review is complete.
